Homestead Design 101

Design your own self-sufficient homestead — drawn like it matters. Nothing random. Nothing arbitrary.

◈ The Master Layout — home, food, animals, fencing, the watchtower, the tree perch.

◈ Water Works — wells, irrigation, pond placement, and rainwater barrels under the angled tarp.

◈ The Energy Plant — solar designed like a small utility.

◈ Fire & Defense — firehouse plan, sand buckets, firearm & archery grounds, horse & donkey stables.

◈ The Living Plan — revisited every quarter, tuned to each season.

◈ Come knowing your blood type — training exercises are curated to it.

Twice a year, the community trades face to face.

Two in-person auctions a year — a summer edition and a fall edition. Parcels, homestead essentials, seed stock, tools, and one-of-a-kind pieces from across our worlds, put on the block in the same room. Reserving is free — bidding happens live, in person.

Held on the land at the height of the season — mostly land this round. No livestock or farm gear this time.
