The community

Land held by the people who live on it.

The Hereafter sits in an unincorporated Georgia county, near Sandersville, with no local zoning. It is being built into one of the largest privately owned sustainable communities in America, rooted in God, family and community.

The neighbours are already there. Families own their parcels, vote on how the land is run, and are putting their money into the things a town needs first.
