Owned together, thirty-five of us; one acre of it is yours. No zoning. Build the whole homestead on it — house, water, power, garden, animals — however you want.

The thirty-five acres are owned together by the thirty-five of us who live on them — one community, held in common. Inside that, one acre is yours. Your own place, your own build, nobody on it but you. You own a share of the whole and you hold your own ground.

People hear one acre and picture a lot. It isn’t. It’s forty-three thousand square feet of flat, buildable ground with nobody telling you what to put on it.

Sign your documents by email. We send them over; you read them and sign. Then choose $2,000 outright — $400 off the $2,400 — or $200 a month for twelve months.
